Essential experience for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor role:
- Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with 6-10 years PQE
- Contractual disputes
- Company disputes
- Cross border disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Business Partnership disputes
- Corporate fraud
Qualifications for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor vacancy:
- Senior Solicitor – admitted in England & Wales 6 – 10 years PQE
- Strong advocacy experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development experience
