Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking for your next challenge? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing litigation team where you'll work on a broad range of high-quality disputes while enjoying genuine career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters with support from senior colleagues where required
- Advising clients on commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious probate, construction disputes and landlord & tenant matters
- Representing clients in County Court and High Court litigation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters
- Playing an active role in business development, networking, and the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team
