About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Disrepair Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact.

In this critical role, you’ll take ownership of disrepair cases from start to finish—ensuring they are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with a genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. You’ll be at the heart of the action, bringing together internal teams, contractors, and legal partners to drive timely resolutions and uphold excellent housing standards.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in improving homes and lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with legal teams, surveyors, contractors, and tenants to coordinate timely repairs
  • Ensure all cases are handled in line with relevant legislation, policies, and timeframes
  • Monitor progress of works, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails
  • Prepare case summaries, reports, and updates for stakeholders
  • Support legal proceedings, including provision of documentation and evidence where required
  • Identify trends and contribute to service improvements to reduce future disrepair cases

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in housing, repairs, property services, or a similar environment
  • Confident managing multiple cases and working to strict deadlines
  • An effective communicator, able to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with legal processes and sensitive information
  • Proficient in IT systems and maintaining accurate records

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in social housing, property management and/or disrepair.
  • Knowledge of disrepair processes, housing legislation, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with contractors and managing repairs programmes

If you have the experience and drive to help us achieve our vision, we’d love to hear from you!
