The Role
As Drainage Operations Manager, you will oversee a fast-moving drainage department, managing engineers, supervisors, and coordinators while strengthening systems, processes, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage field-based drainage teams, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency

Oversee end-to-end job workflows from initial enquiry through to completion and reporting

About You
To succeed as a Drainage Operations Manager, you will bring:

Significant experience leading teams in drainage, construction, facilities, or maintenance environments

Strong technical knowledge of drainage systems, surveys, repairs, and associated services
