Job Title: Dustcart Driver HGV

We are actively seeking reliable and skilled Dustcart Driver's (HGV class 2) to join our team in East London. There are current vacancies for both morning and afternoons; if you have a passion for driving and want to make a difference in your community, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
As a Dustcart Driver HGV, your primary duties will include:

  • Operating and driving a dustcart to collect waste and recyclables from residential and commercial areas.
  • Following designated routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the waste collection team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhering to traffic regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Valid category C UK driving licence (HGV class 2).
  • Valid digital tachograph card
  • Valid drivers qualification card (CPC)
  • Previous experience driving dustcarts or rear steering vehicles is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of road safety and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service to the community.
