Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Duty Manager on behalf of our valued client. This Duty Manager opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Duty Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. For this role you would be required to work a Sunday and have access to your own vehicle.
About the Role:
• Leading front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Supervising and supporting Cellar Door Hosts and support staff
• Acting as a key point of contact for visitors, handling feedback and enquiries
• Coordinating tours, tastings, and events to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintaining accurate records, stock levels, and operational processes
• Supporting wider teams with event execution, reporting and coordination
• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
About You:
• Experience within a similar role in hospitality, events, or customer-facing environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing teams and delivering high service standards
• Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Interest in wine or hospitality (WSET qualifications desirable but not essential)
