E-Commerce Administrator

- Job Type: Full-time office based, Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5.30pm
A growing and dynamic healthcare products distributor is seeking an E-Commerce Administrator to join its friendly and ambitious team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced small business environment where your ideas and contributions will make a real impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct product and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Create and optimise product listings (SEO, images, descriptions, and A+ content)
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment planning, and coordinate FBA shipments
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Manage product listings, content, and collections on the company website
- Optimise the customer journey to drive conversions and improve user experience
- Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor website analytics and ensure smooth order processing and customer communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Amazon FBA/FBM administration.
- Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and PPC.
- Familiarity with research tools such as Helium10 and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Graphic design or content creation skills are a bonus.
- Experience in launching products or scaling e-commerce brands is advantageous.
