A boutique investment firm is looking for a proactive Italian speaking EA to support a senior executive across business and private support, in the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied and fast paced EA role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:
- Complex diary, calendar and schedule management across multiple time zones
- Extensive travel management across business and private
- Corporate and personal event planning
- Property management
- Private financial and household admin support
- Ad-hoc administration and support
WHO YOU ARE
An EA/PA with proven experience supporting UHNWI’s in a boutique setting, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Essential requirements:
- Fluent Italian speaker
- Family office, financial services or UHNW support experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure and discreet
- Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
This role is paying up to £90k (DOE) plus a discretionary bonus and benefits, and it is office based 5 days a week.
