Description
- Provide comprehensive executive support directly to the CEO, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transportation.
- Assist with confidential and time-sensitive projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the CEO with effective communication and correspondence management.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy access to key information.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the CEO's office by anticipating needs and proactively addressing them.
Profile
A successful EA to CEO should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £48000 to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Flexible working arrangement with 3 days in the London office and 2 days remote working.
- Permanent role within a respected not-for-profit organisation.
