EA to CEO
Location: West End, London
Working Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
Salary: £60k – £65k + benefits
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced EA to support the CEO of an exciting and fast-growing start-up based in the West End This is a true right-hand role, providing seamless support to the CEO and wider C-suite while working closely with the Chief of Staff. Alongside traditional EA responsibilities, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to the CEO and C-suite, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, briefing packs and travel arrangements.
- Managing confidential documentation and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and appointments.
- Supporting the Chief of Staff with executive coordination and the smooth flow of information across the leadership team.
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office and being the go to
About You
- 6+ years' experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive within a professional environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and happy to take ownership in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional and confident approach.
- Experienced in handling highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
