Job Title: EA to the CEO
Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE
Type: Hybrid
Hours: 9am – 6pm
I am partnering with a small but fast-growing firm based in Central London, who are seeking an experienced, attentive and professional candidate to join their team in an EA to CEO role. They would desire a candidate with a high level of experience within a similar role, but ultimately someone who understands their priorities and can act efficiently and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that strive to provide a lovely working culture and would be a great fit for a candidate looking to continue to build their experience within this environment.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the CEO’s gatekeeper, including inbox management
- Diary and meeting management
- Board meeting preparation
- Light personal private diary management
Who you are:
- Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or more, within a fast-paced financial services or professional services role. Preferred experience within a start-up or boutique industry
- Fluency in Microsoft programmes and confident with AI platforms
- Strong written and communication skills
- Highly professional and act with discretion
