A fast-growing technology start-up based in the City are looking for an EA to support the leadership team and C-suite heads. This role requires someone who can confidently gatekeep, manage complex scheduling across time zones, coordinate international travel including visas, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with other C-suite EAs, assist with board meeting preparation, and ensure the smooth running of executive operations. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, and the ideal person will need to start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and bring strong business acumen and organisational skills, excellent judgement and a proactive approach working closely with demanding heads. You should be comfortable using tools such as Slack and Zoom, confident managing senior relationships and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Job duties
- Executive gatekeeping, screening calls, managing inboxes, prioritising requests, protecting leadership time
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries across multiple time zones
- Stakeholder coordination, arranging meetings with partners, investors and internal teams
- International travel management including booking itineraries, securing visas, handling last minute changes
- Board meeting support, preparing materials, agendas and logistics
- Collaboration with C-suite EAs ensuring alignment across the executive office
- Use of communication tools daily use of Slack, Zoom and other platforms
- Office presence ideally minimum three days per week in the City HQ
Ideal candidate
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Minimum three years experience supporting C-suite in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with excellent judgement and discretion
- Tech-savvy and proactive, with a solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Must be available at short notice.
