Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for flexible supply teaching opportunities across Oldham and Rochdale. These roles are perfect for ECTs looking to gain valuable experience across a range of school settings while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

As a supply teacher, you will deliver lessons across your subject specialism or general cover, adapting quickly to different classrooms and building your confidence in a variety of environments. This is an excellent way to develop your teaching practice, explore different schools and identify long-term opportunities that suit your career goals.

We are particularly interested in ECTs specialising in English, Maths, Science and Humanities, although all subject areas are welcomed. Full support is provided by experienced consultants who understand the local education market and can assist with finding placements that contribute towards your induction period.
