Law Support
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Early Careers and Development Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for leading graduate recruitment alongside assisting with the trainee solicitor programme and attorney professional development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing a strategy for and delivering the annual graduate recruitment programme.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external contacts.
- Coordinating assessment centres and collating information for formal offers.
- Monitoring competitors and market trends.
- Managing the trainee solicitor programme.
- Coordinating seat rotations and completing evaluations.
- Monitoring trainee development and qualification processes.
- Developing an internal guide for trainee solicitors.
- Planning and hosting events.
- Developing and promoting the early careers brand and DEI initiatives.
- Analysing data to inform future strategy, using this to improve future programmes.
- Understanding and developing attorney training programmes.
- Supporting attorneys reach their PD objectives and promoting training modules.
- Assisting with annual attorney evaluation.
- Presenting updates and insights as necessary.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior graduate recruitment experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, project management, communication, and organisation skills.
Demonstrated understanding of routes to qualification and attorney development are highly desired.
