About the Role
As part of the Baby Room team, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and loving environment where babies can explore, grow and flourish during the most important stages of their development.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting babies' learning, development and emotional wellbeing
Planning engaging play experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Completing observations and contributing to children's learning journeys
Supporting children's communication, physical, personal and social development
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an outstanding learning environment

We're Looking For Someone Who…
Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above is desirable)
Has experience working with babies or young children
Is warm, caring and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
Understands the importance of play-based learning
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
Has excellent communication skills and builds positive relationships with families
