About the Role
We are currently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible supply basis across a range of nurseries in Bristol. This is an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic early years professionals seeking flexible working hours while gaining experience in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's development through safe, engaging, play-based activities
- Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and routines
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain high standards
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
- Experience supporting children with SEND
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
