SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in the London Borough of Islington, seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their thriving Children's Centre on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a nurturing and supportive Early Years team, with the potential for the role to continue on a long-term or permanent basis for the right candidate.

The Role
You will be working within the school's well-established Children's Centre, supporting children under the age of three across both the baby and toddler rooms. This varied role offers the opportunity to work with children at crucial stages of their development, providing high-quality care and learning experiences throughout the day.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can develop their confidence, communication skills, independence, and curiosity through play-based learning and positive interactions.
Working alongside an experienced Early Years team, you will contribute to children's learning journeys while ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do.

The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from experienced Early Years Educators, Nursery Practitioners, and Early Years Practitioners who:
Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/higher)
Have experience working within a nursery, Children's Centre, or Early Years setting
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Are nurturing, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young children's development
Can create engaging learning opportunities through play and structured activities
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Work effectively as part of a supportive team
