About the Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and development
* Support children's communication, language, literacy, and numeracy skills
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL
* Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives
* Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all children
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (ECTs are welcome to apply)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Passion for delivering creative, play-based learning experiences
* Commitment to supporting every child's development and wellbeing
* A caring, patient, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning
* Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
