A well-regarded environmental consultancy is looking to appoint an Ecologist to support the continued expansion of its multidisciplinary team. This position is suited to a motivated professional with consultancy experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering practical, high-quality ecological solutions. The consultancy is involved in a varied and stimulating mix of work, including residential and commercial developments, large-scale infrastructure, biodiversity enhancement schemes, and renewable energy projects. In this role, the Ecologist will lead and manage a range of ecological surveys and assessments, produce technical reports, and provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients. The position will involve coordinating fieldwork, mentoring junior staff, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with current legislation and best practice.
