Ecommerce Content Assistant

Are you passionate about high-quality digital experiences and keen to grow your career in ecommerce? We're looking for an Ecommerce Content Assistant to help deliver accurate and commercially effective experiences across our websites and apps – ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless online journey.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Ecommerce Trading & CX Manager you'll play a key role in keeping our digital platforms fresh, accurate and inspiring. Day to day, you'll be:
- Using the CMS to author website & app image & content updates
- Merchandising the website to support with campaign & trading priorities
- Implementing product updates and pricing changes
- Ensuring content accuracy
- Applying SEO best practice to maximise visibility and performance
- Working closely with Ecommerce, CX, Commercial, Marketing and wider teams to deliver an exceptional online experience
Your work will directly contribute to strong customer journeys, improved commercial performance and the continued elevation of the Center Parcs brand online.

Your working hours
You will be contracted to work 150 per 4-week period (37.5 per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
About you
This is a hands-on role—perfect if you're looking to build experience in:
- Ecommerce trading
- Customer experience
- Brand and digital optimisation
Essential requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Willingness to develop data literacy and understanding of content performance
- Awareness of UX, accessibility and brand standards
- Experience in a digital, content or ecommerce support role
- Highly organised and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in content management system to manage digital content
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital best practice
- Experience managing or updating content within a CMS
