Electrical Improver
We are looking for Electrical Improvers to join a team working on automotive manufacturing plants and industrial sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an ongoing contract opportunity offering competitive rates and the chance to work on a variety of installation and maintenance projects.
What You Will Do
- Assist with electrical installations on automotive and industrial sites.
- Work alongside qualified electricians to complete projects safely and to a high standard.
- Follow electrical drawings and site instructions.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Support the team in delivering projects on time and to specification.
What You Will Bring
Valid ECS Card (essential).
- Previous experience as an Electrical Improver, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own tools and transport are beneficial but not essential.
- A reliable approach with good attention to detail.

Our client provides electrical installation and maintenance services to the automotive and industrial sectors, delivering projects across manufacturing facilities throughout the Midlands.
