Electrical critical shift technician
Location: West London – Data Centre
Salary: £54,000 + Overtime
Shift: Continental Pattern (Days & Nights)
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Level 3 Data Center Engineer to join our critical infrastructure team in West London. Whether you are Electrically biased, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring 100% uptime for a premier data center facility.
Essential Requirement: Critical Experience
[!IMPORTANT] Please Note: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess prior experience working within a Critical Environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on critical plant equipment (Chillers, CRAC units, UPS systems, Generators, and Switchgear).

Incident Response: Act as a first responder to site alarms and system failures, ensuring rapid resolution to maintain site SLA requirements.

Shift Excellence: Work a Continental Shift Pattern (rotating days and nights), providing 24/7 coverage and site safety.

Compliance: Maintain rigorous site logs, ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/MOPs/EOPs).
Technical Requirements

Qualifications: Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
