Electrical Maintenance Engineer

3-shift rotation | 37.5 hours per week + overtime
Up to £45,000 DOE
Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well established, market leading manufacturing business with the appointment of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The Role:
This is a hands-on, varied position where you will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly through both reactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to breakdowns across a range of manufacturing machinery
- Fault finding and carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Supporting and delivering improvement projects to enhance production efficiency
- Contributing to machinery upgrades and layout improvements
- Driving continuous improvement across the site
Shift Pattern
You will work on a 3-shift rotation:
Mornings:
Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
Friday: 06:00 – 11:30
Afternoons:
Monday–Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
Friday: 11:30 – 17:00
Nights:
Monday–Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00
Friday: 17:00 – 22:30
37.5 hours per week, with overtime available.
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced, electrically biased engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys both problem-solving and improvement work.
You will have:
- A recognised electrical engineering qualification
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Strong electrical knowledge, including PLC exposure
- Experience with reactive maintenance and fault finding
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement
- The ability to contribute to projects and development work
