Electrical Project Engineer -SCADA
Field Based Role-you can be based anywhere in the Midlands area
£48000-£57000 plus car or car allowance plus excellent benefits
Are you an experience electrical engineer with strong working knowledge of SCADA control systems, looking for a permanent role with a large utilities infrastructure business.
The company are renowned for training, professionalism and car/salary progression.
This is a home/field based role providing 33/11kV engineering knowledge & project support plus Maintain the stability, configuration, and ongoing performance of the SCADA / Network Management System (NMS).
The Role
- Full time, permanent home/field based role with a large national infrastructure business.
- Maintain the stability, configuration, and ongoing performance of the SCADA / Network Management System (NMS), ensuring system defects, firmware issues and configuration problems are resolved promptly.
- Project manage the installation of telemetry systems including RTUs, PLCs, relays
The Person
- Academic and working background in electrical utilities engineering
- Strong hands on working knowledge of SCADA systems
- Technical and control systems experience in power distribution, up-to 33kV and knowledge of UK substations
- UK driving licence-ESSENTIAL
