As an Electrical Trainer, you'll mentor and support a group of up to 18 apprentices working towards their T1, T2, and T3 Electrical qualifications. You'll have the autonomy to coach, develop, and inspire the next generation of electrical professionals, ensuring they reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated professional from the electrical industry who is keen to share their knowledge and expertise. You must hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification and a valid Gold Card. You'll be confident in a mentoring environment and enjoy supporting individuals at the start of their careers. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build confidence in others are essential. A willingness to learn and develop through the training provided is also key.
