Electrician – New Build Housing (Price Work)
Price work – expect to earn £40,000 – £50,000 depending on jobs completed.
Majority of work will be based on new build houses around Carlisle.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrician to join our growing new build housing team working on developments in the Carlisle area.
This role involves working on first and second fix installations on new build properties, delivering high quality installations within established site programmes.
All works are price work, offering strong earning potential for motivated Electricians.

Role Responsibilities:
- First fix electrical installations in new build properties.
- Second fix electrical installations.
- Installation of containment, wiring systems and accessories.
- Working to drawings and site specifications.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Working in line with site health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS / CSCS card preferred.
- Experience in new build housing installations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
