We're recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a leading property maintenance and housing services provider delivering high-quality works across a residential portfolio in West London.
The Role
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and fault finding in residential properties.
- Complete EICRs, remedial works, rewires, and electrical upgrades.
- Work across responsive repairs, void properties, and planned maintenance projects.
- Ensure all work complies with BS7671 and health & safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation including AM2 (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
- Experience within domestic, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
