Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with an organisation in Manchester, to recruit to an Electrician to work on commercial and domestic buildings on an initial temporary basis. The role will carry out installation, repair and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV and emergency lighting
Responsibilities of the Electrician includes:
- Working on commercial properties
- Completing maintenance, repair and installation works to fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV and door entry systems to BAFE standards
- Completing fault finding and diagnosis
- Creating accurate risk assessments and method statements
- Maintaining company van and stock
- Covering the emergency out of hours rota
Requirements of the Electrician:
- Previous experience installing and maintaining fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV and door entry systems
- Full UK Driving License
- Electrical qualification eg 18 edition, NVQ or City and Guilds is desirable
