Are you an Electrician with an electrical qualification looking to take the next step in your career and become a fully qualified Maintenance Engineer through industry-leading on-the-job training?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading multi-billion-pound manufacturer that is committed to developing its engineers. You'll receive structured training from experienced Maintenance Engineers, gaining hands-on experience with specialist manufacturing machinery while building the skills needed for a long-term career in engineering.
The company is well established within its industry and continues to invest heavily in both its people and modern manufacturing equipment. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit ambitious Electricians who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress into fully competent Maintenance Engineers.
You will receive comprehensive training across planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, machinery repair, and continuous improvement techniques. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll develop both your electrical and mechanical skillset while gaining exposure to modern automated production equipment.
This role would suit an Electrician who is motivated to learn, wants to develop into a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, and is looking to build a long-term career within a market-leading manufacturer that offers excellent progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Full on-the-job training to become a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Learn planned and reactive maintenance on specialist manufacturing machinery
- Develop fault-finding and continuous improvement skills with support from experienced engineers
- Nights (4 on 4 off)

- Qualified Electrician looking to transition into maintenance
