Noble Recruiting have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Electrician
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across a diverse housing portfolio of approximately 4,000–5,000 properties throughout Norfolk.
Permanent Position
Salary £40,509.90 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across housing stock
- Diagnose faults and complete remedial work effectively
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards
- Complete inspections, testing, and certification as required
- Deliver high-quality customer service when working in occupied properties
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures
Call-Out Requirements:
- Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every 8)
- £150 payment for each call-out week
- Time and a half paid for any call-outs attended
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred)
- Experience working within domestic/residential properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Good communication and customer service skills
