Noble Recruiting are supporting a long standing and friendly Client of ours in Basildon, Essex and are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator for a new position.
Full time, Permanent position – Monday to Friday's (8:00am to 4:00pm)
Salary: £26,000 to £27,300 per annum DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating & maintaining machinery in a production/manufacturing environment.
Duties:
·You’ll be operating our Client's six-head Happy Japan embroidery machine to produce high-quality embroidered garments. Experience with other machines such as Tajima, Barudan, or SWF is also valuable
·Set up, run, and maintain multi-head embroidery machines
·Frame and load garments and fabrics for embroidery
·Interpret and work from embroidery design files (DST, EMB, etc.)
·Carry out thread changes / tension adjustments, and routine machine care through the working day
·Inspect finished garments to ensure quality standards are met
·Support the production team in meeting daily targets and deadlines
·Help with other general production tasks when needed
Qualifications:
·Previous embroidery machine experience (1+ year preferred, but not essential)
·Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
·Able to work both independently and as part of a team
·Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
·Knowledge of different fabrics and embroidery techniques is an advantage
·A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace
