Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and validate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate calculation of tax, benefits, and other deductions in line with local laws.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within relevant systems.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on payroll-related matters to internal teams and employees across the EMEA region.
Profile
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
- Proven experience in payroll management, particularly across the EMEA region.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
Job Offer
- A competitive annual salary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000.
