EMEA Payroll Manager

EMEA Payroll Manager | 15 month FTC |Central London | £62,000-£67,000 plus bonus | Global Consumer brand |

A Payroll Manager is required to work for a leading brand based in Central London with the expectations of 1 day in office and the rest working from home.

This is an opportunity to work for a large, globally recognised brand, this is a key role as the business is now looking to strengthen its internal processes to help facilitate further growth globally.

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, you will be operating as the number two in payroll, overseeing a strong team to process UK and EMEA. A key part of this role will be coaching the team

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management and development of a small team of a highly driven payroll team
  • Supervising workloads to ensure work is carried out in order of business requirements
  • Overseeing the payroll for approximately 1300 employees with a mix of salary and hourly payrolls
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory payments and deadlines, including P11Ds, PSA, and international obligations
  • Manage bonus payment processes and ensuring strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide payroll reporting and ad hoc support to the business

The successful candidate will have experience:

  • Working as a supervisor/manager within a global business where you have overseen payroll for 1000 employees plus
  • Experience with ADP, Oracle, or Kronos
  • Experience managing a team of Payroll Clerks and will have proven experience in developing your team
  • Experience working in the consumer industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • You will be proactive in nature, be a natural leader, and have excellent communication skills to be able to succeed in this role
