Veridex
This platform verifies billions of individuals and hundreds of millions of business entities across 195 countries. You'll sit at the junction of regulation and product: translating AML, payments and digital-asset rules into what gets built, and being a visible expert voice for the business across EMEA.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the EU/UK regulatory picture across AML/CTF, KYC/KYB, sanctions and payments, and turn changes into clear, actionable guidance for product and leadership
- Partner directly with Product and Engineering through design, build and testing, making sure what ships is what regulators and customers actually need
- Bring real-world compliance operations insight, onboarding, monitoring, investigations, reporting into product and advisory decisions
- Represent the business externally: conferences, panels, published insight, and direct engagement with customers' compliance teams
- Help mature the company's own EMEA compliance framework as it scales
What they're looking for:
- Substantial experience (8+ years) in AML/financial-crime compliance, payments regulation, or regulatory advisory within EU/UK markets
- Deep working knowledge of EU AML directives, the UK AML regime, sanctions frameworks, and PSD2
- Hands-on compliance operations experience inside a regulated financial institution, fintech, payments or crypto business, you've done the work, not just written the policy
- The ability, and appetite to present externally and write for senior audiences
whats in it for you:
- This London-based Compliance Partner role offers more than just a salary bump:
- £90,000 – £110,000 depending on experience
- Direct access to senior leadership in the London office
- hybrid working with sensible expectations
- A business that understands compliance should enable, not obstruct
Exposure to DORA, MiCA, eIDAS or the DSA, or experience in RegTech, will set you apart — but the fundamentals above matter most.
