We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations & Advisory Team Lead to join us on a permanent basis and build a brand-new function at the heart of our well known organisation. This is a unique opportunity to create a high-impact ER & Advisory Centre of Expertise, driving a consistent, forward-thinking approach to people practices.
You'll lead a talented team, partner with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in strengthening capability, managing risk, and shaping an outstanding employee experience. With experience of supporting organisational change, you'll feel confident navigating complexity and helping leaders deliver change effectively. As our Employee Relations & Advisory Team Lead you will :
– Lead and inspire a high-performing ER & Advisory team, building capability and driving excellence – Act as the trusted expert on complex and high-profile employee relations cases – Design and embed frameworks, policies, and ways of working that enable consistency and impact – Partner with senior leaders and trade unions to deliver positive, pragmatic outcomes – Play a key role in organisational change, supporting leaders through transformation and continuous improvement – Provide leadership within a changing environment, helping to embed new structures, ways of working, and a newly established ER & Advisory function – Champion inclusive, fair, and people-first practices that create a positive employee experience
Please note this is a permanent role, with hybrid working of two days onsite in the office. Locations include London, Manchester, York or Bradford. Some travel required.
