Your responsibilities as Employer Partnerships Manager
- Develop relationships with employers across the West Midlands to create recruitment opportunities
- Generate new business partnerships through networking, referrals and targeted outreach activity
- Secure vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for learners
- Attend business events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings to expand employer engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute towards performance targets and reporting
- Identify opportunities for employer-funded training and wider commercial partnerships
What we’re looking for in an Employer Partnerships Manager
- Previous experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, sales or account management
- Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of employability, skills, training or apprenticeship programmes would be advantageous
- Experience managing pipelines, opportunities and CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel
Working Hours
40 hours per week
