Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an award-winning software business, that are currently seeking an Employement Law Officer to join them on a Permanent basis.
This role will be based in Manchester, and is fully office based.
The successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000 to £33,000, with scope for earning additional money through commission.
As a successful Employment Law Officer, you will be responsible for;
- Providing clear and accurate employment law advice to prospective clients via various methods including teams.
- Log all advice accurately on bespoke internal system, before handing over to the Advisory team
- Review documentation and provide advice around T&C's
- Participate in company internal training, employment law webinar sessions and any other ad hoc training opportunities
The ideal Employment Law Officer will have experience in the following;
- Strong understanding and experience within HR / Employment Law
- Working knowledge of HR processes including capability, redundancy, grievances, TUPE etc.
- Commercially focussed and money motivated.
