An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE) to join a highly regarded legal team based in Eastbourne.
Working closely with an exceptional and well-respected Partner, this Employment Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE) role offers:

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Advising employers across a range of employment law matters
- Supporting on tribunals and disputes
- Drafting contracts, policies, and agreements
- Handling a varied caseload with growing autonomy
What we are looking for
The ideal Employment Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE) will demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
- Some exposure to employment law (seat experience or mixed litigation)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive and driven attitude to learning and development
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
