This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Partner or ambitious Legal Director with a following to take ownership of a growing Employment practice and help shape the future direction of the department.

As an Employment Partner, you will:
- Lead and develop the Employment team
- Build and strengthen client relationships across a broad range of sectors
- Drive business development initiatives and expand the practice offering
- Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
- Influence strategic decisions and contribute to the wider leadership team
- Enhance the firm’s market presence and reputation
About You
- Be an established Employment Partner or Senior Legal Director
- Have a strong client following and business development track record
- Possess excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills
- Be passionate about growing a successful practice area
