This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Partner or ambitious Legal Director with a following to take ownership of a growing Employment practice and help shape the future direction of the department.

As an Employment Partner, you will:

  • Lead and develop the Employment team
  • Build and strengthen client relationships across a broad range of sectors
  • Drive business development initiatives and expand the practice offering
  • Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
  • Influence strategic decisions and contribute to the wider leadership team
  • Enhance the firm’s market presence and reputation

About You

  • Be an established Employment Partner or Senior Legal Director
  • Have a strong client following and business development track record
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills
  • Be passionate about growing a successful practice area
