We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base.
Main duties include:
• Advising clients on a range of employment law matters
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to conclusion
• Providing advice on disciplinary and grievance matters
• Advising on TUPE, redundancy and restructuring projects
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
The successful candidate will have:
• Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
• Experience handling employment law matters
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
• The ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team
• A proactive and commercial approach
