Employment Solicitor
Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A highly regarded and expanding regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–3 Years PQE) to join its established Employment and Commercial team in Oxfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly Qualified Solicitor or Junior Employment Lawyer looking to develop expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment law, while also gaining valuable exposure to commercial contracts and business advisory work.

The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters for a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, charities and commercial organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, service agreements and staff handbooks
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance management, dismissal and redundancy processes
- Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment law due diligence and TUPE advice
- Drafting and advising on commercial contracts, terms and conditions, supplier agreements and business contracts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through practical and commercially focused advice
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Between NQ and 3 years' PQE in Employment Law
- Experience gained through a training seat or post-qualification employment law role
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach to legal advice
- An interest in developing expertise in commercial contracts and business advisory work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
