Employment Solicitor/Associate
Are you a 3+ year PQE Employment Solicitor who's feeling undervalued at your current law firm, looking for a new change where you would be respected for the work you do?
This established law firm in the New Forest, Hampshire has a proven track record for success and are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team handing both contentious and non-contentious matters for claimants and respondents.
You will be handling your own caseload that includes termination of Employment, disputes & employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying & harassment at work; employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.
Hybrid working is offered to all staff.
Your role as a Senior Employment Solicitor will involve:
- Handing your own caseload of contentious and non- contentious matters
- Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
- Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
- A clear career path from the outset
