An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. The successful candidate will advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The caseload will include disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination matters, settlement agreements, employment contracts and workplace policies.

THE CANDIDATE: • Newly Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience gained during training. • Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in employment law. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development. • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively as part of a team.
