Description
- Provide strategic advice on employment tax matters to clients in the professional services industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment tax legislation and regulations.
- Manage and oversee complex client projects, delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including advisory reports and compliance filings.
- Support clients during HMRC audits and inquiries, offering expert representation.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Profile
A successful Employment Tax Associate Director should have:
- A strong background in employment tax within the accounting and finance sector.
- Expert knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex client projects and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- A professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Job Offer
