Description

  • Provide strategic advice on employment tax matters to clients in the professional services industry.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment tax legislation and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee complex client projects, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including advisory reports and compliance filings.
  • Support clients during HMRC audits and inquiries, offering expert representation.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Profile

A successful Employment Tax Associate Director should have:

  • A strong background in employment tax within the accounting and finance sector.
  • Expert knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client projects and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • A professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Job Offer
