On offer is a Service & Warranty Advisor / Engineering Administrator role where you will manage all customer and retailer communication into the Service & Warranty department, ensuring that all communications (phone/email/web) are correctly logged on the company CRM system and appropriately processed to a satisfactory resolution.
This role requires the skill to resolve customers' issues in a swift, successful, and diplomatic manner, regardless of the circumstances
The role:
- To handle calls, email enquiries and issues covering all aspects of the customer base, ensuring CRM is accurately updated
- Support the TCSA Team (Technical Customer Service Advisor) in the process of administrative procedures
- Support the customer base with general enquiries and process genuine warranty claims quickly through workflow
- Manage inbound service request bookings on CRM system
- General customer communications
The person:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
