Want to to join a fast paced growing manufacturer in Redditch? My client are looking to hire an Engineering co-ordinator to mainly focus on supporting systems for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance, devise PM schedules. Parts control and the monitoring of team performance. This will be part hands on part hands off, full autonomy on the night shift and will report to the Engineering Manager.
There is flexibility with work hours for this role, you will be required to work 4 chosen nights across 6 nights which will consist of four 10 hour shifts Sunday – Friday
This will suit a hands on maintenance engineer from an fmcg background who wants to step up into a senior position and doesn’t mind a hybrid role hands on/desk based.

Experience required for an Engineering Co-ordinator:
- Management experience within an engineering function.
- Experience working in FMCG environment or similar fast paced manufacturing operation.
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience of managing projects from design to sign off
- In depth understanding of mechanical, electrical and logic control systems
- Experience of computerised maintenance management systems.
