What will you be doing? Leading and developing the engineering team Overseeing electrical design, NPI and engineering change processes Driving continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing Supporting production with Design for Manufacture initiatives Managing engineering projects and technical resources Supporting commercial quotations through BOM creation and labour estimates Ensuring compliance with industry standards and engineering best practice
Where will you be doing it? You'll be joining a growing electrical manufacturing business, leading an experienced engineering team and helping to drive improvements across design, manufacturing and engineering processes.
What will you need? Previous engineering management experience within electrical manufacturing Strong understanding of electrical design and manufacturing processes Experience with ECNs, BOMs and NPI Knowledge of relevant electrical standards Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
