We are looking for a motivated Engineering Shift Manager to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the operations manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of engineering management within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
- Developing and leading a team of engineers
- Delivery and scheduling of PPM
- Managing contractors
- Continuous Improvement
- Project Work
- Budget Control, CapEx
- Occassionally Hands On
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years Experience in a Management Position
- Engienering Qualifications – Degree Qualified Advantageous
- IOSH/NEBOSH Qualifications Desirable
