Engineering Support Administrator
£28,000 | Full Time | Permanent
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm

TwoSix Recruitment are recruiting for an Engineering Support Administrator to join a busy and collaborative manufacturing environment where you'll work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy and problem-solving, and wants a role that offers real variety and visibility across the business.
You'll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, helping ensure customer requirements, engineering information and quality records are managed accurately and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in supporting business operations by:
- Managing engineering, quality and customer documentation
- Supporting contract reviews and order processing activities
- Maintaining supplier and specification records
- Processing quality-related documentation and non-conformance records
- Controlling technical drawings and engineering data
- Updating and maintaining information within the MRP system
- Supporting pricing administration and commercial activities
- Helping ensure business records remain accurate, compliant and fully traceable
This is a varied position where you'll work with multiple departments and gain exposure to many areas of the business.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys working with detail and takes pride in accuracy
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with different teams
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
- Has experience in an administration, engineering support, document control or manufacturing environment
Experience of ERP/MRP systems would be beneficial.
