We are currently recruiting English Graduates for Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunities within supportive and high-performing secondary schools across Kingston and the wider South West London area. These long-term roles provide an excellent platform to build practical experience working with young people while developing a deeper understanding of literacy development, learning, and classroom practice.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full academic potential. Schools are particularly keen to engage English Graduates due to their strong communication skills, subject knowledge, and ability to support reading, writing, and comprehension development.

The Role
- Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position
- Based in well-established secondary schools across Kingston
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3-5
- Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND) where required
- September 2026 start
